I recently discovered an amazing company named Material Bank, "the largest material marketplace in the architecture and design industry". It is an online material library for architects and interior designs, that offers FREE samples from hundreds of brands. You can organize your materials into projects, have a convenient place to order samples, contact reps, get quotes, and even download spec sheets. Literally, a process that would take hours is conveniently packaged into one website that allows you to view multiple sources in minutes.
Check out my unboxing video where I talk about my experience, the materials, and my thoughts on the company. This is basically the Pinterest of materials and I am so happy to have found it! Let me know if you've tried them out, what you think, and what process you usually use for sourcing materials.
Note: This post is not sponsored. They are a great company that I am happy to have found and want to share the information with all designers and architects.
