For this beautiful San Diego Spanish home, the owner had the vision to redesign the site to increase the usability of the space, expand the living space to the outdoors, and create a contemporary design that enhances the Spanish architecture. 

The modern design includes replaced grassed areas with native landscaping, custom-designed gates leading to private courtyards, and an exterior lounge space with a fire pit and fountain.
