TRANSITIONAL BEACH HOME

An old 1940's home in Pacific Beach, San Diego was in need of a major makeover when the homeowner's purchased it. So, we gutted the existing interior and added all new flooring, fixtures, electrical, paint, and finishes.

The existing Kitchen was opened to the Living Room to create a Great Room and a 1,200 square foot 2-story addition was designed to extend from the Kitchen. The home's addition includes a Master Suite, Office, Laundry Room, Powder Room, and downstairs Entertainment Room, Kitchenette/Bar, and Guest Bath. The house transformed from a disorganized space into a bright, open home for a family of 5. Modern finishes help the interior feel new and ample natural light makes the home inviting and comfortable. The result is a home that is modern, expansive, and inviting.
